New Stainless Exhaust Print

I never really liked the 2-1 exhaust I built for the CL350. It sounded really good and made good power, but due to the 1-piece design, it was extremely difficult to install/remove. As such, it was under constant pressure, and eventually, it began spinning exhaust studs out.

I eventually decided a 2-1 stainless exhaust with a reverse-cone megaphone was needed. The system is 304 stainless and came out quite nice. As you can tell, I just fusion-welded the system together. I need to add a couple more supports on the primaries. The fact that it is 3 pieces makes installing it and removing the system a breeze. i wish I would have done this previously.

Many thanks to Hack over on the CafeRacer.net forum for the welding help. Next up is the aluminum seat to replace that ugly bump.
