Alright, so I set about building a two-up cafe racer seat for the RD400. Having built two monopostos, I wanted to be able to carry a rider on the RD400 cafe racer.  So I built a seat pan out of oak ply, drilled some holes, shaped some foam and covered it in leather. I think it came out pretty damn good. These will be for sale shortly. If you cannot wait until then, please contact me.

I also got my taillight in. I originally planned on running a shorty fender, but the short RD chassis, combined with my low seat, precluded it. So the license plate will become the fender--sort of. These pics obviously show it mock-up form. I'll try to TIG up some mounts this week.
