This is pretty self explanatory: wrap the buck in aluminum and use sheet metal screws to hold it in place. The seat pan, side material and rear plate or .060” 6061-T6. The rounded bit is 20ga 6061-T6. I didn’t have a TIG at the time, so I dropped it off to get welded. I ended up buying a little ESAB HeliArc high frequency TIG from the guy. It had too many controls for his use.

Once welded, I dressed the welds with roloc disks and chain drilled the mount for the rear taillight.
